全自動裝框是角碼鉚接式鋁合金，矩形組框的專用設(shè)備，由氣缸，直線導(dǎo)軌及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)機架組成，可以實現(xiàn)組件承壓完畢后，組件的鋁合金邊框固定，從而簡化了工人的作業(yè)難度，節(jié)約時間，提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。適用于多種型材，有螺釘與無螺釘鋁合金邊框的組框。組框和外形尺寸在設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)通過鎖緊齒條定位，任意調(diào)整尺寸，并通過了調(diào)氣缸進行精度微調(diào)，滿足用于不同組框尺寸的要求。
